Cultural Insight immerses you into the cultural nuances of our CALD communities. The program enables you to explore and develop skills, knowledge and attitudes in relation to colleagues, clients and customers.

At SMRC, we specialise in inter-cultural training, which we tailor to the requirements of individuals, communities’ and organisations.

Cultural Insight aims to help us understand how we can best adapt our approaches, thoughts, and decisions to ensure we create positive outcomes in our inter-cultural interactions.

With flexible training and consulting opportunities available, including both onsite and online, our Cultural Insight Program will work with you to achieve the best outcomes for your roles and services.
