Diverse Care™ is SMRC’s multicultural labour hire service, supporting aged care and disability clients across southern and eastern Melbourne since 1998. Partnering with some of Melbourne’s largest Registered Aged Care Providers, Diverse Care™ delivers services including home care, personal care, transport, meal preparation, and respite care.

Our care workers speak your language

All our workers speak English, and most also speak another language or dialect, including any of the following 46 languages:
