Culturally Responsive In-Home Care Services

Diverse Care, part of Southern Migrant and Refugee Centre (SMRC), provides culturally responsive workforce solutions and in-home support services across Melbourne’s south-east.

We support aged care providers, organisations, older people, people with disability, carers, and individuals managing their own care by connecting them with qualified support workers who understand their language, culture, and individual needs.

With flexible and person-centred support, we help people access safe, respectful, and culturally appropriate care when and where they need it.
