Manager Service Planning and Coordination

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of Service Planning and Coordination to lead the growth and development of our Diverse Care services. This is an exciting opportunity to drive service innovation and make a real impact in culturally diverse communities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead and oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery functions of the organisation’s community-based care services.
• Work closely with internal teams, external stakeholders, and community partners to enhance service accessibility, efficiency, and integration.
• Oversee and negotiate service agreements.
• Ensure compliance with the Labour Hire Licensing Act (Vic), Fair Work Act, and Aged Care Quality Standards.
