You will provide guidance and supervision of the Aged Care Volunteers Visitors Scheme (ACVVS) and Social Support Individual programs.

This position assists the coordination of the finance office and performs tasks related to financial records, payroll and finance administration.

Work with a caseload of eligible families to identify strengths, mitigate risk factors, increase capacity for resilience and promote positive outcomes.

You will be the designated point of contact for all potential clients, their families and/or representatives and provide an efficient service.

Support the development and delivery of innovative programs based on identified emerging community needs.

Promote and contribute to the maintenance of elderly people’s independence and quality of life through individual and personalised care.
