The Application Specialist will design, develop, and deliver training programs for Nightingale and HubSpot to staff members. You will prepare training materials, user guides, and online learning resources, and will provide ongoing support for system-related queries and issues.
The Case Manager will work collaboratively to provide high level case management, information and referral services to SMRC clients. This role works within program guidelines to empower individuals to feel safe and secure, to promote their wellbeing and to enable their full participation in society through connection to culture and community.
