Service Planning and Coordination Officer

The Service Planning & Coordination Officer to work collaboratively with SMRC’s clients and case managers to plan, organise, deliver and maintain a high standard of service and program delivery.

Family Support Program Worker

The Family Support Program Worker will work as a member of the Settlement team, providing family casework, to eligible clients in the Cities of Casey and Greater Dandenong and the Shire of Cardinia.

Diverse Care Home Worker
