SMRC Management

The SMRC Management team is responsible for the overseeing the day-to-day operations of SRMC as a whole. They fulfil the strategic direction, goals, and values of SMRC.

Most recently as CEO for Amaze Inc., Jim has been at the forefront of Autism advocacy and policy development in both Victoria and more widely across Australia. He is a current member of the NDIA Autism Advisory Group and a Ministerial appointee to Victorian NDIS committee.

Jim was granted a Distinguished Talent Visa by the Australian Government in recognition of his work internationally in the field of social enterprise and community development.

An enthusiastic collaborator, Jacqui is passionate about working with teams to develop and implement strengths-based and impact-oriented services and programs that are designed with consumer experience at their core.

Prior to joining SMRC, Jacqui spent 12 years working with the Australian Red Cross in a variety of roles both here in Australia and overseas. Her most recent role as National Manager of Strategy and Influence for the organisation’s emergency services program saw her driving national strategy and planning processes, ensuring good practice program, product and service design, and managing national stakeholder relationships.

Sharon’s strengths are her ability to connect and work closely with communities and service providers, to develop programs that are creative, innovative and community initiated. Sharon’s passion for employment includes developing social enterprises and developing models of employment for those who do not fit into mainstream employment pathways.

He is passionate about the not-for-profit sector and Social Enterprises and has always been a strong contributor to organisational sustainability while pursuing their defined mission.

Geoff has a Bachelor of Business (accounting) and has maintained the Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) accreditation for more than 30 years.

Patricia is passionate about the health and safety of staff and exceeding our OH&S obligations. She brings experience in working with local government and managing social support programs for seniors as well as a nursing background in both Queensland and Victoria.

Patricia’s strengths lie in empowering staff and volunteers to reach their full potential and drive the continuous improvement of SMRC to further our vision and values.
