Diverse Care

Diverse Care offers support with:

• Personal Transport

  Escorting a client in worker’s vehicle to appointments, shopping and assisting to pay accounts; errands, deliveries or transporting minor goods on behalf of the client.

  

• Respite Care

  Can include elements of Personal Care, client transport and overnight Personal Care. Other respite arrangements can be arranged in consultation with case manager and Diverse Care.

  

• Home Care

  Domestic Assistance such as change bed linen and towels; laundry including sheets, towels & personal clothing; ironing; washing & drying dishes. General Cleaning such as vacuum, sweep and mop floors, dusting and removal of cobwebs from ground level, polishing woodwork; cleaning kitchen, bathroom, toilet and laundry, this includes baths, showers, sinks, toilets, wiping benches.

  

• Personal Care

  Assisting care recipients with: showers, bathing or sponging; toileting; dressing & undressing; shaving, hair care & personal grooming; mobility in/out of bed, sitting, transferring to commode or wheelchair or chair or vehicle; social or recreational activities according to the agreed care plan; prompting reminders for self-medication.
