Helping Carers Find the Support They Need

After losing his wife, Ahmed became isolated and withdrawn. Through SMRC’s Support for Carers and ACVVS (Aged Care Volunteer Visitors Scheme) program, a Turkish speaking volunteer helped him rediscover connection and joy. While giving his daughter, Nargis, much-needed time for herself and a peace of mind.
