Inclusive by Design: Building Culturally Safe Workplaces (That Thrive) is a networking event hosted by the Southern Migrant and Refugee Centre (SMRC). Tailored for business leaders and professionals, this event explores how workplaces can move beyond surface-level diversity to embed genuine cultural inclusion into everyday practice.

Through a dynamic panel discussion, attendees will be guided to reflect on three key questions:

Are unconscious biases affecting your decision-making and workplace culture?

Is your workplace truly culturally safe for everyone?
