Following on from the Stage 3 restrictions announced Monday, all SMRC services will now be delivered remotely by staff.
Our service delivery is well placed to continue connecting with our community in meaningful ways including personal connection via phone and the use of innovative social technology.
SMRC has developed detailed contingency plans for all our programs to ensure all our clients stay well connected and supported. We have developed mechanisms to ensure all our activities are outcome focused.
SMRC continues to follow a structured communication action plan to the public, clients, community and our stakeholders using phone, email, newsletters and social media.
