SMRC delivering services during COVID-19

STAGE 4 is now in operation

The Victorian Government is directing all Victorians to stay at home, restricting sporting, cultural, recreational and commercial activities to help limit the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19). The message is clear, if you can stay home, you must stay home.

On the advice of the Department of Health, SMRC has ceased delivering services from our offices, however we are very much open for business as usual.

SMRC is delivering a comprehensive range of support services to ensure the most vulnerable in our community are supported. This includes Settlement Engagement Transition Services (SETS) , Diverse Care home support services and the delivery of some Seniors and Carers social support programs including positive aging and exercise groups.

Our ticks are your assurance of quality
Be reassured we have in place strict infection control procedures and protocols for our home support services to ensure the safety of everyone involved and have asked our business affiliates to also provide their commitment to similar stringent controls. Our staff been provided training to deliver home support services in the current environment of COVID-19.
