ACCESS SERVICE CHANGES DURING CORONAVIRUS (COID-19) HEALTH & SAFETY
SMRC is complying with official requirements. Infection control is a core responsibility for SMRC and we continue to work closely with the Federal and State Departments of Health advice.
The advent and spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19) has prompted SMRC to consider strategies to reduce contamination whilst providing our services.
We are making the following changes to the way in which clients engage with our services. This will minimise the impact for both our clients and staff.
Effective 13th March;
- On site services: 39 Clow St, Dandenong – 9am until 5pm (Mon- Fri). Access to our case workers will be via phone in Empowerment and Integrity Rooms only.
- Phone services: You can call our office 9am – 5pm (03 9767 1900) and book a case worker to call you back.
