Ms Nichole Hayes was born in Subiaco, Western Australia, and moved to Springvale as a preschooler. Living in Springvale in the early 1980s Nichole embraced her appreciation for other cultures and traditions.

For the past 11 years Nichole has served as an Electorate Officer to a few State Members of the Victorian Parliament. In a community engagement and development role which has allowed her to worked closely with a variety of CALD organisations and the ability to empower, encouraged and mentor many young women to become voices for the broader community.

Nichole lives in Berwick and is a mother of three children and is currently employed as the National Business and Compliance Manager for United Solar Energy which is based in Hallam.

Nichole is  self-motivated and enthusiastic learner who engaging well with issues and approaches all aspects of her life with a positive manner.

Nichole recently completed a Diploma of Community Development at the Chisholm TAFE, Dandenong.

In 2018 Nichole was nominated at the City of Casey for their Australia Day – Citizen of The Year Award, for her service to the City of Casey community through the role as an Electorate Officer
