Our Tai Chi program helps individual lower levels of depression, stress, and anxiety and improves energy and stamina levels. With the focus on balance, this program enhanced flexibility, balance, and agility resulting in fewer falls. The program also lowers blood pressure and improved heart health.

The program is delivered on Thursdays in Dandenong and the cost is $7.50 which does not include transport.

Support of transport can be offered at a small fee.
