Ordering online made easy with no messy login required. Simply choose the item and click “Add to Basket”. View or Check-out at anytime, hover your mouse over “Your Basket” and follow the prompts.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF YOUR ORDER

By clicking the ‘Place your order’ button you agree to these terms and conditions. By completing and submitting the electronic order form (or proceeding through the ‘checkout process’) you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. Just submitting to complete the checkout process does not constitute our acceptance of your order.

If there is a genuine price error made on our part with respect to the price of a given item, even if this item has been purchased we are not at liberty to fulfill the order.  We will always give you the opportunity for a full refund or give you the opportunity to pay the correct RRP for that item.

We only use Pay Pal for your security and ease of use.

How long does it take to process orders?

  • Online orders will normally be dispatched within 3 business days.

What are the delivery timescales within Australia?

  • We aim to have your order to you within 7 business days after despatch for Standard delivery and within 2 business days for Express delivery. It may take a little longer if you live in a remote area.
  • It is your obligation to ensure delivery address details are correct. Additional shipping fees will be charged to re-direct or re-send your order.

What are the delivery costs?

  • Standard Delivery within Australia, is calculated as 15% of the value of goods, (minimum $10.00 – maximum $25.00)
  • Express delivery is available for $14.95 to most areas and $35 to remote areas. Please note we are unable to ship bulky items or to PO Boxes by Express Post.
  • There are no postage and handling charges for Karma Gifts or Donations.

Who will deliver my order?

  • Your order will be dispatched by Australia Post.

Can I ‘send to a friend’?

  • Absolutely! It costs the same to deliver to a friend or family member at a different address within Australia.
  • Just choose the delivery address option during your Checkout ensuring that the destination address details are correct, as re-direction fees will apply.
  • If you are sending a gift to a friend please use your address details for the billing address so that we can make sure that the receipt is sent to you and not your friend.

What If Your Address Is Unattended At The Time Of Delivery?

  • All SMRC orders are sent with “an authority to leave” unless otherwise requested and we can’t accept responsibility for orders left unattended. If you would like to sign for your goods please let us know by leaving a comment in the Order Comment field during the checkout process.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

*Please note that we currently only ship to these countries outside of Australia – New Zealand, USA & UK.

  • Standard delivery timescales specified above do not apply to international deliveries.
  • Standard International shipping is calculated as 20% of the value of goods. A minimum charge of $40.00 and a maximum charge of $100.00 is applicable to an International delivery address.*Please see exceptions below:
  • For delivery to New Zealand, (minimum $30.00 – maximum $50.00)
  • For delivery to USA, (minimum $60.00 – maximum $100.00)
  • For delivery to UK, (minimum $50.00 – maximum $100.00)
  • There are no postage and handling charges for Karma Gifts or Donations.
  • Please note for International orders our freight charges should be used as a guide only. If your order is above 2Kg there may be an additional shipping charge. If an additional delivery cost is applicable we will contact you prior to shipment.
  • We do not unfortunately offer order tracking on International orders.  Therefore if an order is lost in transit we will not be in a position to refund the cost of the order.

Returns and Refunds

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • Please remember that most of our Artisan products are handmade, so it is important to note that there may be slight variances in colour or size – this is what makes our products unique.

Our Policy

  • Your satisfaction is important to us that’s why we offer a ‘no questions asked’ returns policy so that you can shop with confidence. If you’re not totally happy with your purchase or an item* has arrived damaged, please return the product to us within 14 days either via Australia Post and we will arrange an exchange or refund.

*All items should be in saleable condition (i.e. the original tags and labels are still attached, the item is in its original packaging (if any), and the item is unworn, unused and as sold).

Do I require proof of purchase?

  • Yes, all returns and refunds require proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept the return and cannot offer refunds for the following items, unless they are damaged.

  • Pierced ear earrings (health reasons)
  • Clothing range – Refunds will not be issued if the product has been used or damaged.
  • All items that are deemed unsaleable
  • Gift Cards
  • For health reasons food cannot be returned, for damaged products please contact our Customer Service team, who will arrange for a replacement.

How will my refund be processed?

  • Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

Did you purchase or receive an item you believe is faulty?

  • If you’ve purchased or received an item you believe is faulty please return the product to the location you made the purchase. If the items is determined to be faulty you will be offered an exchange or refund.

RETURNING AN ONLINE PURCHASE

Who pays for the return postage?

  • We offer FREE return delivery via Australia Post, providing the item is returned within 14 days of receipt and returned in it’s original packaging.

How should I return my item?

  • Please return all products with their tags intact, re-using the packaging materials the product arrived in. Fragile items need to be bubble wrapped and posted in a rigid box. To assist in quickly processing your return, please also include a copy of your invoice. Your feedback is invaluable to assist us improve or product range and service, we would appreciate knowing why you decided to return your purchase.

Can I return my International order for Free?

  • Whilst returns within Australia are Free, we are unable to cover the cost of returning International orders. Unfortunately these cost’s will be with the purchaser.
