Settlement Engagement and Transition Services (SETS) for Humanitarian, Refugee or Family Stream Migrants with limited English who have been in Australia less than 5 years who need support settling in Australia.
We provide a drop in Intake service and short term casework, case management via the Specialised Intensive Support Program, Youth work and Family Support work. We also do Information Sessions on topics on an as needed basis, for example Citizenship and Family Day Care issues.

Caseworkers can assist with form filling, information provision, advocacy around bills and housing, navigation of the social system, liaison with and referral to other agencies via appointment.
Settlement services are funded by Department of Social Service. We use interpreters and specialise in working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds. Referrals come from AMES post provision of HSP and other agencies. Clients can also self-refer.
