EnCOMPASS Connector Program

EnCOMPASS Connector Program

The SMRC EnCOMPASS Connector Program is a free service that provides older people with helpful information about ageing, the aged care system and support that is available to them.

The aim of the program is to ensure that older people can continue living independently in their own home with access to relevant ongoing help and support services.

The EnCOMPASS Connector Program provides a wide range of benefits to help you access the aged care system as easily and reliably as possible.

Services provided through the EnCOMPASS Connector Program include:

  • Free support to help navigate the aged care system
  • Coordinators to help engage with My Aged Care
  • Friendly staff to help access social support
  • Access to a large network of home care services
  • Ongoing support to ensure relevant services are in place.

The EnCOMPASS Connector can help you to create a plan to access the services available and relevant to you. The Program is currently available to people aged 65 and older from Cambodian, Vietnamese, Albanian, Italian and Serbian communities located in Dandenong, Noble Park, and Springvale.

The SMRC EnCOMPASS Connector Program is funded by the Australian Government through the Department of Health via the Federation of Ethnic Communities Councils of Australia (FECCA).
