This position is responsible in providing good corporate governance through guidance and advice to the organization and is a member of the Clinical Care & Safety sub-committee of the Board.
The role will include support in overseeing the development, implementation, communication and maintenance of governance, risk and compliance process and procedures related to the Aged Care and Home care standards. This includes designing and implementing policies during any emergency situations – i.e. COVID-19 pandemic.
