Rohingya Bicultural Worker

The Embrace Program aims to support people of Rohingya background and their communities to promote mental health awareness, build community capacity and access to services and supports available. We aim to deliver all the information in the communities’ first language.

We are seeking a bicultural worker from a Rohingya background who can support the Coordinator with:

  • Basic translation & interpretating.
  • Facilitate short information sessions for groups of Rohingya community.
  • Engage and distribute information about the support services available to their community.
  • Basic tasks related to case work.

A person with strong administration skills and connection with the community is desired.
