ABOUT THE ROLE:
You will provide high-quality client support and delivery to all of SMRC’s Commonwealth Government-funded services and NDIS clients, and support our Diverse Care Workers as part of SMRC’s multicultural in-home care services.
The position has a dual responsibility; in ensuring high-quality client support and delivery is provided to all Commonwealth funded services and NDIS clients AND ensuring appropriate support is provided to our Diverse Care Workers (DCW). This includes obtaining client feedback in order to achieve client satisfaction rate of 98% and in meeting our business KPI of no lesser than 98%.
The position is expected to have exceptional customer service to both clients and Diverse Care Workers, whilst meeting the contractual obligations and Aged Care Quality Standards (ACQS).
