#CaseyGirlsCan Week: Free Live Online Physical Activity Sessions – Nov 23-29

Have you heard of This Girl Can – Victoria? It’s all about women getting active in their own way, and we think it’s awesome.

Join us for This Girl Can Week from 23 to 29 November and participate in FREE activities to help you get active.

We have organised #CaseyGirlsCan Week in the last week of November with the support of Vichealth’s This Girl Can Campaign!

Here is the list of FREE LIVE ONLINE events and activities organised throughout the week:
• 24 November: Online Zumba Session
Zumba Fitness combines dance and fitness moves. Inspired by Latin dance and music. Classes are presented live via zoom by Beata who is a qualified PT/fitness instructor with 13 years of experience in the fitness industry.

• 24 November: Online BodyART session
Kick your shoes off and join us for FREE Online BodyART classes!
Using exercises from yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi, BodyART incorporates short cardio sessions with fun fast rhythmic music to create harmony between body and mind. Classes are presented live via zoom by Kiniki who is a qualified PT/fitness instructor.

Join our online Reset and Stretch classes and learn how to utilise stretches and relaxation techniques to help slow down the mind, mobilise joints and lengthen your muscles.

• 26 November: Post Pregnancy Workouts
Join us for FREE online post pregnancy exercise classes and learn how to exercise safely post pregnancy.
Regular exercise after you’ve had your baby will help strengthen muscles that have been weakened during pregnancy.
